Since ancient era "Choupal" has been an important place for villagers. Even today, rural people mostly gather at "Choupal" and discuss their problems and challenges regarding the socio-economic and political issues. Through "Choupal" we raise challenges and issues related to rural life.
Since, there are several happenings and rituals that mostly remain untouched by media, our goal is to travel to these villages to understand and showcase their problems, challenges and issues to the masses. Being in direct contact we want to show ground reality of government programs, their initiation and impact on rural population.
"Choupal" is a half an hour show which will have three segments. Each segment will be of ten minutes. Our first focus will be to check ground reality and cross check the government funded programs of a particular village. Post which, we will raise all pros and cons in "Choupal".
पुराने समय से ही चौपाल गांव की महत्वपूर्ण जगह है जहाँ ग्रामवासी किसी न किसी मुद्दे, समस्यायों और समाधान के लिए इकठ्ठे होते रहते है चाहे वो सामाजिक, आर्थिक या राजनीतिक हो। चौपाल एक ऐसा माध्यम है जिसके द्वारा वहां के स्थानीय लोग समस्याओं और मुद्दों आदि से लेकर लाभार्थ योजनायों की जानकारियों से परिचित होते है। जैसा की हम जानते है की बहुत सी गतिविधियों से मीडिया अछूता रहता है, इसी बात पर ध्यानकेंद्रित करते हुए हमारा मुख्य उद्देश्य गांवो में जाकर वहां की समस्यायों, मुद्दों और चुनौतियों को समझना तथा जानकारियां सीधे लोगो तक पहुचाना है।
